Job summary:
The Digital Assistant will be responsible for managing our social media accounts, promoting our activities creating original content for social media, responding to enquiries, and representing Menter Iaith Casnewydd on-line. The Digital Assistant will be expected to develop and manage or digital presence and raising awareness of our activities. This will be achieved by developing digital advertising skills, learning how to moderate our social media channels and following editorial guidelines. They will promote and represent the Welsh Language locally and nationally by learning how to create original content and harness the power of social media.
Skills needed:
The successful individual will by enthusiastic, passionate, and have a can-do attitude. They will be able to communicate fluently in Welsh, both in writing and verbally. They will have plenty of common sense, empathy, and creativity with demonstrable experience of, or a qualification in journalism, creative writing, graphic design, marketing, photography, or video editing.
